  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • warm milk240 ml
  • 400-500g of wheat flour5 cup
  • Sesame or Oregano to taste
  1. In a large refractory you will place the yeast, milk and sugar and beat well.
  2. Then add 1 egg, salt and oil.
  3. Finally, add the flour little by little until you reach a consistency so you can start kneading on the countertop.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes in a tearing motion.
  5. Make the portions according to your desire and add the stuffing of your preference.
  6. After closing the buns, let them rest for 40 minutes or until they double in size.
  7. Use only the egg yolk to brush each bun with sesame or oregano
  8. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°
