  • Cold or ice water275 ml
  1. In a bowl Add the ingredients one by one. Start with the flour, when you get to the oil mix well and add the water little by little.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Put it back in the basin, apply a thread of oil so it doesn't stick and cover with plastic (I use a bag of rice, I wash and cut the mouth, the bottom and one of the sides) and then with a dish towel or towel. table to keep warm. Let it rest for at least 40 minutes
  3. Take the debt dough into 12 pieces or 3 larger pieces. Open with the help of a rolling pin or a bottle and shape the breads to your liking.
  4. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet, leaving a little space between them, because they will grow a little more, remember to cover with plastic or a damp dish towel.
  5. Let it rest again for about 40 minutes.
  6. Mix 2 tablespoons of milk with one yolk and brush over the buns. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 to 45 minutes (this will depend on your oven) or until golden brown.
  7. Finally, brush margarine on top after roasting, it looks beautiful and tastes wonderful!
  8. OBS: On cold days I let it rest for a longer time (from 1 hr to 1 hr and a half), and over the plastic I put a fluffy blanket and put it inside the wardrobe.
  9. OBS 2: This dough is great, with it I've also made sausage roll and ham and cheese knee. Oh, and I've also made stuffed bread. It's divine and it works great.
