- Organic Yeast30 g
- Crystal sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil1/2 teaspoon
- Special wheat flour approx.600 g
- Potatoes cooked and mashed200 g
- Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
- Dissolve the yeast in the sugar.
- Add all the other ingredients but only half of the flour, knead the dough and add the flour little by little, until all the flour is added.
- The amount of flour depends on the size of the eggs so the amount is approximate.
- The dough is sticking a little to the hands, make 20 balls and put it in a greased shape.
- Let it rise for approximately 30 minutes (if the weather is cloudy or rainy, place a small piece of dough in a glass of water, when the dough ball rises it will be time to put the buns in the oven).
- * Bake in oven at 180º to 220ºC until golden.
