- Salt1 teaspoon
- Milk250 ml
- Oil45 ml
- Wheat flour420 g
- Mix all ingredients except wheat flour
- Then mix in the flour little by little until the dough is soft.
- Knead for 10 minutes and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- You don't need to open this dough with the roll, you can open it on the board with your hands until it's completely covered, poke holes with the fork in the dough and let it rest for another 20 minutes
- Stuffing to taste
- Pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, place the pizza and bake for +- 25 minutes
