  • Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Oil2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Oregano10 g
  • Pizza sauce1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Olive5 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella200 g
  1. In a bowl with a large lid, place the biological yeast flour and mix well.
  2. Then add the boiled milk and mix.
  3. After everything is mixed, add the oil and salt to taste, knead the dough well until it comes off the bowl.
  4. Then let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered.
  5. After these 20 minutes, put the dough in a pizza shape and stretch it all over the shape.
  6. Place the pizza sauce on top of the already stretched dough, mozzarella, pepperoni cut into slices oregano and olives and a few slices of onion
  7. After taking it to the oven for 15 minutes at 180°, when finished it is ready to serve.
