- In a bowl with a large lid, place the biological yeast flour and mix well.
- Then add the boiled milk and mix.
- After everything is mixed, add the oil and salt to taste, knead the dough well until it comes off the bowl.
- Then let the dough rest for 20 minutes covered.
- After these 20 minutes, put the dough in a pizza shape and stretch it all over the shape.
- Place the pizza sauce on top of the already stretched dough, mozzarella, pepperoni cut into slices oregano and olives and a few slices of onion
- After taking it to the oven for 15 minutes at 180°, when finished it is ready to serve.
