- Wheat flour500 g
- Warm water250 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Oil60 ml
- Sugar12 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- 🍕Dough preparation: In a bowl put the yeast, warm water, sugar, egg, oil and stir well. Then add half the flour and salt, then transfer to a bench or table. Add the rest of the flour little by little and start to knead, the point is when the dough no longer sticks to your hands. (knead for 15 minutes) After kneading, let the dough rise in a stuffy environment...if you're in a hurry, it can be in the oven off with the light on...on average for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
- Then open the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Finish the edge or fill to taste (Sprinkle flour around the edges if you want). Poke holes in the dough with a fork (not on the edges). Then assemble the stuffing of your PREFERENCE, I made 1/2 pepperoni covered with cheese and 1/2 2 cheeses👇: I used the following amounts for one disk: ½ cup of tomato sauce 1 sliced calabrese sausage 350 g grated mozzarella olives to taste 1/2 onion or to taste Catupiry to taste oregano to taste Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees until cooked (about 20 minutes on average). Observation: The amount of stuffing is for one disc of the dough, to use all the dough, double the stuffing ingredients. The filling is suggestive, use and abuse creativity. The dough can be frozen. Defrost the dough inside the fridge and then let it ferment at room temperature.
