- Egg1 unit(s)
- First put the yeast with the sugar and dissolve well until it is homogeneous.
- Then add the egg and the oil, mix well and add the warm water and salt.
- Then add the wheat flour, and stir until it is homogeneous, then remove from the container and beat it for about 10 minutes.
- Then I cut the dough into 4 parts and let it rest for 40 minutes, after grease the bench with wheat and open the dough, put it in a form and take it to the oven for 5 minutes and it is pre-roasted. Then put the desired stuffing and take it to the fire until the mozzarella melts. Ready can serve
