  • Water (warm)500 ml

  1. First put the yeast with the sugar and dissolve well until it is homogeneous.
  2. Then add the egg and the oil, mix well and add the warm water and salt.
  3. Then add the wheat flour, and stir until it is homogeneous, then remove from the container and beat it for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then I cut the dough into 4 parts and let it rest for 40 minutes, after grease the bench with wheat and open the dough, put it in a form and take it to the oven for 5 minutes and it is pre-roasted. Then put the desired stuffing and take it to the fire until the mozzarella melts. Ready can serve
