- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast15 g
- hot water1 cup
- oil tea1/3 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar1/2 teaspoon
- Pinga / cachaça1/2 teaspoon
- In a bowl put the yeast, salt and sugar and a little warm water to dissolve these ingredients. Add the cachaça/pinga. Add a little wheat flour and oil, mix everything and add the rest of the flour alternating with the water until it comes away from your hands. At this point, let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Now open the dough in the shape of a pizza, make small holes with a fork and put it in the oven to bake approximately 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Then add the sauce and toppings of your choice and put it back in the oven to bake the complete pizza.
