- Preparation mode Place the wheat flour in a bowl and add the warm water, the yeast tablets dissolved in the salt and sugar. Stir with a spoon and knead the dough well with your hands until it comes unglued. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then grease the shape with butter and then spread the dough over it, take it to the preheated oven and leave it for 35 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven, spread cheese, pepperoni slices and oregano to taste and take it to the oven for 2 minutes and it's ready.
