- Wholemeal flour1/2 cup
- Yogurt1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- In a bowl add the ingredients kneading until you get a homogeneous dough and then let it rest while you prepare the stuffing.
- Grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil and open the dough with a spoon or with your hand or with a rolling pin and take the dough to the preheated oven for 10 minutes on average (depending on oven power).
- Remove from oven and TURN DOUGH SIDE.
- Add the filling of your choice and return to the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
