In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, olive oil, yeast and water.
Mix until it becomes a firm dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for an hour.
At this stage I leave the bowl with the dough in the microwave with the door ajar.
As soon as the dough rises, grease the countertop with wheat flour and roll out the dough leaving more than the size of the roast.
**TO THE EDGE
Sprinkle the pan with cornmeal.
Put the dough on the baking sheet, add the curd on the edge.
Sprinkle a little water on the edge to help with the crease. Close the edge of the pizza.
**FOR THE FILLING
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough. Put the cheese and then the sliced pepperoni.
If you want onion, cut it very thin, boil water and let the onion soak for 15 minutes.
Drain the water and add to the pizza.
Garnish with olives and parsley.
Bake in a preheated oven at maximum temperature for 20-25 minutes.
Hint: This measure of mass can be divided by 2.
