  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Burning water (cachaça)2 tablespoon
  • Warm water2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. In a container put the flour, oil, salt and burning water (cachaça) mix. Then add the warm water little by little, until the dough comes off your hands.
  2. Once the dough is smooth, let it rest for 2 minutes while you spread some flour on a countertop. Open the dough and fill to taste.
  3. If you opt for ground beef filling, don't make the sauce too wet.
