  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Bacon150 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ground beef700 g
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes. In a bowl, place the ground beef, bacon, salt, minced garlic and mix. Beat the egg and mix the meat, gradually add the wheat flour and mix until the meatballs form. Distribute the meatballs in a shape and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. While it bakes, chop the onion, tomato and garlic, fry until golden, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper to taste and water, let it boil until the sauce thickens. In a pan with boiling water, pour the homemade pasta, salt and oil, leave it at the point of your taste, drain and serve. Enjoy your food!
