In a blender, beat the hot milk with cornstarch.
Then put it in a bowl and let it cool.
Then put the butter and stir until it gets a little hard w put the mozzarella and mix until everything melts.
Then put it in a container. And take it to the frozen for 20 minutes then take it off and put it on the bottom until it hardens and then it's just unfoam.
