comece colocando o leite, a manteiga para esquentar. Coloque o dedo dentro por 10 segundos se você aguentar, é esse o ponto .

➡️ Não pode deixar esquentar muito para não matar o fermento!

Pegue esse leite morno acrescente o fermento e deixe descansar por uns 10 minutos até começar a fazer uma espuminha.

Depois acrescente o ovo e vá colocando trigo aos poucos até ficar uma massa bem bonita  e desgrudando da mão . (Pode ser que pegue menos trigo ou até mais ) Coloque aos poucos para não pesar a massa

Deixe descansar por 1 hora até dobrar de volume . Se o dia estiver muito quente, 30 minutos é o suficiente .

Sove a massa e modele como quiser . Pode usar recheios doces ou salgados , ou apenas fazer sem recheio .

➡️ Asse no forno a 180 graus por 30 minutos ou até que fique dourado .
