  • warm milk500 ml
  • Oil100 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Flour improver sachet1 unit(s)
  1. Whisk the warm milk, oil, eggs, yeast and sugar in a blender until foamy.
  2. Separate a cup of wheat flour (you will only use it if necessary)
  3. Mix in the rest of the flour the improver and the salt.
  4. In a deep bowl, pour the liquid and gradually add the flour, mix everything until you form a smooth and homogeneous mass.
  5. Place the dough on the floured bench and knead until it doesn't stick to your hands (if necessary add the flour that was separated)
  6. Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape. In 2 oiled bread pans, place the breads and take it to the oven (off) for 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.
  7. Turn on the oven at medium temperature until golden. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
