  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornmeal or wheat to roll the dough to taste
  1. Place the eggs and salt in a bowl and add the wheat flour until you get a homogeneous dough, a little harder than bread.
  2. Roll out with a rolling pin or roller until the dough is very thin.
  3. Spread some cornmeal on the dough and roll it up like a roulade.
  4. Cut the rolled dough without kneading with a space of about 1 cm
  5. Unroll what you cut, adding a little more cornmeal so they don't stick together
  6. Boil water and gradually add the pasta to cook.
  7. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and prepare with your favorite sauce.
