- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Butter50 g
- Sugar30 g
- Milk500 ml
- Dissolve the yeast and add the other ingredients little by little. Knead well and let it rest until it doubles in volume. Divide into balls and shape the buns and let rise for another 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven (200ÂșC) for about 25 minutes. It is not necessary to grease the form. Along with the breads, place 2 cans of boiling water in the oven and before taking the bread out of the oven, spray it with cold water that will make the crust crispy.
