  • Warm Milk Pasta1 cup
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Organic Yeast2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour600 g
  • Stuffing Ground beef350 g
  • Chopped Tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onions1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mix yeast with sugar and salt. Add the liquids and wheat, until it unglued from your hands. The dough is elastic and very fluffy.
  2. Make balls (ping pong size) and place on a greased baking sheet. Let it grow.
  3. Meanwhile, chop and mix the filling ingredients. Open each ball with your fingers on a greased surface. Stuff and close.
  4. Grease it with oil before putting it in the oven.
