- Wheat flour600 g
- Stuffing Ground beef350 g
- Chopped Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onions1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix yeast with sugar and salt. Add the liquids and wheat, until it unglued from your hands. The dough is elastic and very fluffy.
- Make balls (ping pong size) and place on a greased baking sheet. Let it grow.
- Meanwhile, chop and mix the filling ingredients. Open each ball with your fingers on a greased surface. Stuff and close.
- Grease it with oil before putting it in the oven.
