  • Wheat Flour600 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Dry yeast10 g
  1. In a bowl place the eggs, sugar, warm milk, butter and yeast and mix well.
  2. Add the wheat flour little by little, put the salt and knead the dough well on the countertop until it comes off the hands and is very smooth.
  3. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let it rest in a warm place until doubled in volume.
  4. Model the donuts as you prefer, place them in a greased and floured mold and let them rest again for about 20 minutes.
  5. Egg yolk brush and bake in preheated oven at 180° until golden. Make the syrup with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. After roast pass the syrup and splash confectioner sugar. Super easy recipe and it turns out delicious.
