Homemade delicious pastry

- Wheat flour | 4 cup
- Warm water | 2 cup
- Oil | 2 tablespoon
- White Alcohol Vinegar | 2 dessert spoon
- Salt | 1/2 tablespoon

Just put everything together in a bowl, except for the water that should be placed last and little by little (maybe not use all of it) until you get a soft, but firm point. Firmer than bread dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest while you prepare the ingredients.
- After the rest, open the dough with a very thin roll, fill and model.
- Fry in very hot oil until golden.
