- Let's start by adding 4 whole eggs to the blender.
- And then 5 tablespoons of sugar.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Add 1 sachet of baking powder.
- Add 250 ml of warm milk
- Just liquefy everything in the blender all this very well until homogenized.
- Now just add it all into a bowl.
- Once this is done, little by little, add 7 cups of wheat flour, mix and then add the rest of the wheat flour.
- Mix well in the bowl, and when you can't mix anymore, put your hand in the dough, and mix until the dough is at the ideal point.
- After that, start kneading the dough with a little wheat flour, until the dough doesn't come off the hand.
- Let the dough rest in a bowl and cover with a cloth for 50 minutes.
- And the dough will rise a lot. And then just separate small portions of the dough of about 60g and open each portion with the help of a rolling pin and roll it up like a straw and put it 1 by 1 in a large square shape greased with wheat flour.
- And let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- And that's done, now just brush the buns with a little milk and egg yolk so that they're golden when it's time to bake.
- And now just put it in the oven at 200°g for approximately 25 minutes.
