- Milk100 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Bread Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Black sesame1 tablespoon
- White sesame1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the flour.
- Add the wheat flour little by little until you get the dough, which is a little sticky in your hands (maybe you don't use all the wheat flour)
- Place a thread of oil on the bench or table, pour the dough, knead for +-10 minutes, until the dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rest for +- 40 minutes in a bowl covered with a dish towel.
- Now grease the tray and shape the breads and let rest for +- 45 minutes or until it doubles in size, cover the tray with a dish towel
- After they double in size, brush an egg yolk on top, throw in the black and white sesame.
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes beforehand and then place the pan with the buns and bake for +- 25 minutes or until golden.
