Homemade bread (10 folds)

Misturar todos os ingredientes em uma vasilha com uma colher e depois com as mãos. Não precisa sovar. Cubra com um pano e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon and then with your hands. No need to knead. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Dobras: puxe a massa, fazendo dobras em direção ao centro da massa, 10 vezes. Cubra a massa e deixe descansar por 10 minutos. Você irá fazer esse processo 4 vezes. 
Terminado as dobras, cubra a vasilha com um pano e deixe descansar por mais 1 hora.

Folds: Pull the dough, making folds towards the center of the dough, 10 times. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. You will do this process 4 times.
Once the folds are finished, cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for another 1 hour.

Após o descanso de 1 hora, passe a massa para a bancada enfarinhada e modele. Esse pão deve ser assado em uma panela com tampa ( vidro ou cerâmica) 
Unte a panela (usei azeite) e passe a massa para a panela. Deixe descansar por mais 45 minutos.
Pré aqueça seu forno à 250ºC. 

After resting for 1 hour, transfer the dough to the floured bench and shape. This bread must be baked in a pan with a lid (glass or ceramic)
Grease the pan (I used olive oil) and transfer the dough to the pan. Let it rest for another 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 250ºC.

Antes de levar ao forno, fazer um corte na parte superior da massa e polvilhar farinha.
Leve a panela tampada ao forno 220ºC  por 25 minutos.
Tire a tampa e deixe mais 20 minutos ou até dourar.

Before taking it to the oven, make a cut on the top of the dough and sprinkle with flour.
Place the covered pan in the oven at 220ºC for 25 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for another 20 minutes or until golden.
