  • Warm water250 ml
  • Sugar120 g
  • Panettone essence1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Candied fruit150 g
  • Raisins150 g
  • Margarine120 g
  1. In the blender place the eggs, sugar, yeast, margarine, water and essence for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour and stir with a wooden spoon until it becomes a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  3. After the dough rests, mix the candied fruits and raisins very well.
  4. Divide the dough into two parts and place each one in a 500g panettone mold. Take it again to rest in a warm place until it grows missing 1 finger to reach the edge of the form.
  5. Make a cross cut at the top of each panettone and place a teaspoon of margarine in the center of the cut. Place the molds on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at 180° until golden and when you insert a toothpick it comes out dry.
  6. Remove from the oven and leave on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.
