Acrescentar todos os ingredientes, com exceção do trigo, no liquidificador. Num recipiente coloque a mistura e o trigo aos poucos até que a massa se desprenda das mãos. Em seguida sove e depois modele os pães. 

Add all the ingredients, with the exception of the wheat, to the blender. In a bowl, place the mixture and wheat little by little until the dough comes away from your hands. Then knead and then shape the buns.

Obs.: antes de sovar é importante deixar a massa descansar para dobrar de volume.  Aprox. 40min. Após modelar os pães, pincelar com gema ou azeite e novamente deixar descansar por uns 15 min. Assar em forno pré-aquecido por aproximadamente 30 ou 40 min.

Note: before kneading it is important to let the dough rest to double in volume. approx. 40min After shaping the buns, brush with yolk or oil and again let it rest for about 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 or 40 min.
