Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • warm milk | 400 ml
  • Warm water | 1/2 cup
  • Oil | 100 ml
  • Sugar | 200 g
  • Salt | 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Organic Yeast | 30 g

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast in the sugar and add the salt, liquid ingredients, eggs and mix very well.
  2. Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well.
  3. Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour.
  4. After growth, add the dough, roll it as you wish, place it in the molds and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and brush milk until the crust is soft.
