Ingredients
- Wheat flour | 1 kg
- warm milk | 400 ml
- Warm water | 1/2 cup
- Oil | 100 ml
- Sugar | 200 g
- Salt | 1 tablespoon
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast | 30 g
Recipe
- In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast in the sugar and add the salt, liquid ingredients, eggs and mix very well.
- Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well.
- Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour.
- After growth, add the dough, roll it as you wish, place it in the molds and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
- Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven and brush milk until the crust is soft.
