- Instant Dry Organic Yeast20 mg
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Oil80 ml
- In a bowl, place the warm water and yeast, mix. Add the egg, oil, sugar, salt. Add the wheat gradually, and mix well until it unglued from your hands. (If you need a little more than 1 kg of wheat you can add) Knead the dough well, let it rest until it doubles in size. Then divide the dough into 3 portions and make bread in the shape you want. Let rise again, then bake in medium oven until golden. Once baked, remove from the oven and brush butter over the buns.
