Em uma vasilha, coloque a água morna e o fermento, misture. Acrescente o ovo, óleo, açúcar sal.
Acrescente o trigo aos poucos,e misturando bem até desgrudar das mãos. (Se precisar de um pouco mais de 1 kg de trigo pode acrescentar)
Sove bem a massa, deixe descansar até dobrar de tamanho. Em seguida dívida a massa em 3 porções e faça pães no formato que desejar.
Deixe crescer novamente, depois leve ao forno médio até dourar.
Depois de assados,Retire do forno e pincele manteiga  por cima dos pães.

Add the wheat gradually, and mix well until it unglued from your hands. (If you need a little more than 1 kg of wheat you can add)
Knead the dough well, let it rest until it doubles in size. Then divide the dough into 3 portions and make bread in the shape you want.
Let rise again, then bake in medium oven until golden.
Once baked, remove from the oven and brush butter over the buns.
