  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast for Bread20 g
  • Margarine200 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • warm milk400 ml
  • Sugar9 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast), add the eggs, the margarine and mix with your hands.
  2. Add the vanilla essence to the milk and gradually add it to the dough, always mixing well with your hands.
  3. On a countertop or in the sink spread a handful of wheat flour and knead the dough for 10min, and let it rest for 20min.
  4. After the break, shape the breads in the shape of your preference and put it in a greased shape with margarine, let it rest to rise for 30 min inside the oven off.
  5. Brush an egg yolk on all the buns and bake until golden. When you take it out of the oven, brush margarine with the breads while it is still hot.
