- Organic Yeast50 g
- In a platter, place the flour or sugar, the biological yeast, then add the milk, oil and egg.
- Keep mixing and kneading this dough until your fingers come off.
- Once you get a very firm dough, put it to rest for approximately 3 to 4 hours.
- After this period Stick this dough with a roll, roll it up and put it on the baking sheet and let it rise for approximately 4 to 5 hours.
- When you notice that it is already well grown, put it to bake for approximately 35 minutes.
