- Dry Yeast10 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- In a bowl, mix the yeast, oil, sugar, eggs and warm water, then gradually add the wheat flour and salt, knead the dough well and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Model the breads as you prefer, model the dough and put the stuffing of your preference and let it rise again for about 20 minutes. Brush lightly beaten egg to bake in preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until golden.
