  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 unit(s)
  • warm milk360 ml
  • Egg for brushing1 unit(s)
  1. Place the milk, water, oil, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl.
  2. Then add the flour little by little and knead until the dough is smooth.
  3. Let rise for approximately 30 minutes! or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll up and place in a greased shape with margarine and let rise again for about 25 minutes.
  5. Finally, if you prefer, brush with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  6. Let it bake until golden.
