- Warm water1 cup

- Organic Dry Yeast2 unit(s)
- warm milk360 ml

- Place the milk, water, oil, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl.
- Then add the flour little by little and knead until the dough is smooth.
- Let rise for approximately 30 minutes! or until doubled in size.
- Roll up and place in a greased shape with margarine and let rise again for about 25 minutes.
- Finally, if you prefer, brush with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Let it bake until golden.
