Add all the liquid ingredients in the blender and beat until a homogeneous mixture is formed, then add the liquid in a basin and gradually add wheat flour and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hand.
Let rest covered for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Then open the dough and model as you want and let it rest for another 30 minutes, then take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
