- Wheat | to taste
- Organic Dry Yeast | 1 tablespoon
- Sugar | 3 tablespoon
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Warm water | 1 cup
- Oil | 3 tablespoon
- Add all the liquid ingredients in the blender and beat until a homogeneous mixture is formed, then add the liquid in a basin and gradually add wheat flour and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hand.
- Let rest covered for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Then open the dough and model as you want and let it rest for another 30 minutes, then take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 to 40 minutes.
