- Wheat flour1 kg

- Mix the salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl and add the warm milk and stir well until all the yeast is dissolved.
- Add the oil and egg and mix well and gradually add the flour until you form a dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Knead the dough well and let it rest for 1 hour after that divide the dough into three or four large loaves and let it rest until it doubles in size.
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
