  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • warm milk2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  1. Mix the salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl and add the warm milk and stir well until all the yeast is dissolved.
  2. Add the oil and egg and mix well and gradually add the flour until you form a dough that does not stick to your hands.
  3. Knead the dough well and let it rest for 1 hour after that divide the dough into three or four large loaves and let it rest until it doubles in size.
  4. Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
