  • Oil150 ml
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Organic Yeast100 g
  1. Beat in the blender eggs, milk, oil pour in a basin add the sugar, salt and the yeast mix well then add the flour until the point of kneading.
  2. Let the dough rest 15 minutes after the soba.
  3. Once more, cut into 3 parts, roll up the buns, let rise for 20 minutes and bake in a 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
