- Unleavened Wheat Flour450 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Oil120 ml
- Warm water240 ml
- Shallow salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the warm water and yeast and mix well.
- Then add the oil and mix again.
- Add salt and sugar and mix.
- Then just add the flour little by little and mix.
- After adding all the flour, sip for 10 minutes. And let it rest for 30 minutes with a cloth on top.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and roll it up (you can make any shape you want).
- Put the dough in a shape and let it rest for 1 hour, I like to put it inside the oven.
- After resting, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
