Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • warm milk | 400 ml
  • Warm water | 1/2 cup
  • Oil | 100 ml
  • Egg | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Organic Yeast | 30 g
  • Sugar | 200 g
  • Oregano |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and salt.
  2. Add eggs, water, milk and oil. Gradually add the flour to obtain a soft dough.
  3. Set the dough aside for about 1 hour to swell.
  4. After that time, divide the dough in two, open with a rolling pin and form the rolls in the shape you prefer.
  5. Cut a slit in the middle of the bread, sprinkle oregano on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
