Ingredients
- Wheat flour | 1 kg
- warm milk | 400 ml
- Warm water | 1/2 cup
- Oil | 100 ml
- Egg | 2 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
- Organic Yeast | 30 g
- Sugar | 200 g
- Oregano | to taste
Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and salt.
- Add eggs, water, milk and oil. Gradually add the flour to obtain a soft dough.
- Set the dough aside for about 1 hour to swell.
- After that time, divide the dough in two, open with a rolling pin and form the rolls in the shape you prefer.
- Cut a slit in the middle of the bread, sprinkle oregano on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
