Ingredients
- Ready ground beef | 500 g
- English Potato | 500 g
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
- Milk | 1 cup
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella | 150 g
Recipe
- In a pan put pieces of potato already peeled and cut into slices, hit the salt, let it cook until soft.
- Then add the margarine, milk and stir. The puree is ready.
- In a refractory, make a layer with the mashed, then put all the ground meat already ready, another layer of mashed, on top put the mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven and leave until browned.
