- Peel the potatoes and cook in a medium saucepan with water and salt.
- Then season the ground beef with garlic and olive oil.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add the ground beef, stirring well until it sautées.
- After adding tomato, onion, corn, olive, cilantro, and the tomato extract, let it boil for 3 minutes, turn off the fire and book.
- Drain the boiled potatoes, with a potato masher, squeeze the potatoes like mashed potatoes, add salt and a glass of curd.
- For assembly, in a refractory place the puree after adding the ground beef layer by layer until the ingredients are used up.
- On top add the potato straw, take it to the oven for 5 minutes and it's ready to serve.
