- Cut the potato and put it to cook in water with a little salt.
- Cut the palm heart into small pieces
- In the pan, sauté the garlic and onion finely chopped.
- Knead the potato and mix the hearts of palm, put it in the pan and stir.
- Put the cream, the cream cheese, the salt and the black pepper and mix well.
- Put this mixture on a baking sheet and on top put the cheese and put it to bake until the cheese melts well.
- Take it out of the oven and put the potato straw on top
