  • Cheese200 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Straw Potato to taste
  1. Cut the potato and put it to cook in water with a little salt.
  2. Cut the palm heart into small pieces
  3. In the pan, sauté the garlic and onion finely chopped.
  4. Knead the potato and mix the hearts of palm, put it in the pan and stir.
  5. Put the cream, the cream cheese, the salt and the black pepper and mix well.
  6. Put this mixture on a baking sheet and on top put the cheese and put it to bake until the cheese melts well.
  7. Take it out of the oven and put the potato straw on top
