Unleavened Wheat Flour

Granulated Yeast

Sugar

warm milk

Warm water

Salt

Mistura todos os ingredientes caso necessário adicionar mais farinha de trigo até a massa soltar dos dedos.
Sovar a massa bastante e levar para descansar. ( Deixei descansando por uma hora)
Eu dividir a massa  em quatro partes.
Abrir rechear e levar para descansar novamente. ( Deixei mais 30 minutos).
Pincelar com ovo e levar ao  forno até dourar

Mix all the ingredients if necessary add more wheat flour until the dough loosens from the fingers.
Knead the dough a lot and take it to rest. (I let it rest for an hour)
I divide the dough into four parts.
Open the stuffing and take it to rest again. (I left it for another 30 minutes).
Brush with egg and bake in the oven until golden.
