- Granulated Yeast10 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- warm milk150 ml
- Warm water150 ml
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients if necessary add more wheat flour until the dough loosens from the fingers. Knead the dough a lot and take it to rest. (I let it rest for an hour) I divide the dough into four parts. Open the stuffing and take it to rest again. (I left it for another 30 minutes). Brush with egg and bake in the oven until golden.
