Recipe
- Mix the eggs, oil, wheat flour and salt, making a dough that must be kneaded for 10 minutes, then the dough with more consistency, must be cut into pieces at your discretion and filled with the cheese and ham cut, as well. wrapping the stuffing with the dough until it forms a roll. After that, pass a little more flour on top of the roll and put a toothpick, piercing the roll, in case you want to make sure it doesn't fall apart.
