  • Organic Dry Yeast (10 grams)1 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Warm water400 ml
  • Wheat Flour to taste
  • Oil1/3 cup
  • Ham to taste
  • Cheese to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the sugar, dry yeast, salt, warm water, a cup of flour, stir well and add the oil. Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well. Let the dough rest.
  2. Open the dough, fill with ham and cheese and roll up. Bake in a greased shape. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle oregano on top, leave until golden!
