- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Oil100 ml
- grated cheese5 tablespoon
- Slice of Mozzarella Cheese6 unit(s)
- Slice of ham6 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce150 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Preparation mode In the blender, add the milk, egg, oil and wheat flour. Beat for 2 minutes. Add the grated cheese and mix well. Bake the pancakes with a non-stick pan.
- Once done, add the mozzarella cheese and ham and roll up. Add in a form, wet with tomato sauce. Once done, add sauce and grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Ready
