  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese in small cubes150 g
  • Tomatoes, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
  • Carrots, cut into small cubes1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Season the ground beef with the onion, green smell and salt.
  2. Place all the seasoned meat on a sheet of aluminum foil or parchment paper and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately 1 cm.
  3. Line the meat with the cheese and carrot (pre-cooked).
  4. Roll the meat, with the help of foil or butter, in the shape of a roulade.
  5. Bake in the oven at high temperature for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
