- Mozzarella cheese in small cubes150 g
- Tomatoes, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Carrots, cut into small cubes1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the ground beef with the onion, green smell and salt.
- Place all the seasoned meat on a sheet of aluminum foil or parchment paper and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately 1 cm.
- Line the meat with the cheese and carrot (pre-cooked).
- Roll the meat, with the help of foil or butter, in the shape of a roulade.
- Bake in the oven at high temperature for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
