Ground Beef Pancakes

Preparo do recheio : 

Em uma panela média, acrescente um pouco de azeite da sua preferência, coloque a carne moída e os temperos que você gosta , Eu acrescentei : cebola,alho,tomate e pimentão picados, sal e orégano à gosto . 
Coloque um pouco de água e feche a tampa deixando  cozinhar até que a carne moída esteja cozida e sem muito molho .

No liquidificador coloque os 2 ovos , as 2 xícaras de farinha , o leite e uma colher de chá rasa de sal bata até todos os ingredientes se misturarem por completo, o ponto da massa não pode ficar nem muito líquida e nem muito grossa , se ficar muito líquida é só acrescentar um pouco mais de farinha, e se ficar muito grossa um pouco mais de leite .
Feito isso , pegue uma frigideira ou panela de sua preferência e unte com manteiga e leve ao forno médio, acrescente uma pequena medida da massa onde cubra todo o fundo da frigideira , a massa deve ficar fina ,não grossa , então não acrescente muita quantidade se preferir eu usei a xícara  como medida , coloquei um pouco menos do que a metade da massa antes de colocar na frigideira , com o  auxílio de uma espátula ou colher vire o outro lado da massa , deixando ficar doradinhos . Não espere muito tempo para virar , porque o cozinhamento desta massa é rápido e pode queimar .
Depois de fazer a massa , é só acrescentar um pouco de recheio e enrolar , se preferir coloque queijo mussarela por cima e leve ao forno até derreter fica delicioso também.

After making the dough, just add a little stuffing and roll it up, if you prefer, put mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven until it melts, it's delicious too.
