- Filling preparation:
In a medium pan, add a little olive oil of your choice, put the ground beef and the seasonings you like, I added: onion, garlic, chopped tomato and pepper, salt and oregano to taste.
Add a little water and close the lid and let it cook until the ground beef is cooked and not too much sauce.
- In the blender place the 2 eggs, the 2 cups of flour, the milk and a level teaspoon of salt, beat until all the ingredients are completely mixed, the dough must not be too liquid or too thick, if it is too liquid just add a little more flour, and if it gets too thick a little more milk.
Once that's done, take a skillet or pan of your choice and grease it with butter and put it in a medium oven, add a small measure of the dough where it covers the entire bottom of the skillet, the dough should be thin, not thick, so don't add too much if I prefer I used the cup as a measure, I put a little less than half of the dough before putting it in the frying pan, with the help of a spatula or spoon, turn the other side of the dough, leaving it golden. Do not wait too long to turn, as this pasta cooks quickly and can burn.
After making the dough, just add a little stuffing and roll it up, if you prefer, put mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven until it melts, it's delicious too.
