Cozinhe as bananas, em seguida com elas ainda quente, retire as cascas e leve ao liquidificador ou centrífuga, bate, se necessário coloque um pouco da água do cozimento, para que fique em formato de purê.

Em uma panela refoque a cebola no azeite ou manteiga, em seguida acrescente a banana e a pimenta e se necessário uma pitada de sal .Está pronto esse delicioso purê.
